A Little History

In the fall of 1999, David Adams and Jeff Polk embarked on journey to create a company that would offer quality homes, custom amenities and exceptional value. Since then, Adams Polk Builder's has established itself as a top-notch, industry leading home builder in Tarrant and Parker Counties building custom homes ranging from $200,000 to well over $1 Million.

From Adams Polk Builders, the Custom Division, Adams Polk Homes was established to offer homes from the $150’s to the $300s focusing on creative design, industry leading energy efficiency and a new home building experience that is like none other. The difference is in their approach to building. Adams Polk has always and will continue to treat each home with a sense of stewardship. A home is a large investment and is worthy only of a builder that can respect and honor the investment by consistently acting as a good steward. From the careful and proactive approach to planning to the high levels of quality demanded by its subs and suppliers, Adams Polk cares about your home.

No Hassle Sales Approach

Tired of pushy sales people and corny sales tactics?  We are too.  You will notice a distinct difference when dealing with Adams Polk.  Tina Hearne and Terri Orsburn are available to assist you in the model each day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays (by appointment only on these days).  Also, you may set up an appointment with Jeff Polk anytime during the work week.   No representative of Adams Polk will ever use pushy or misleading tactics and it is their ploicy not to dispariage other homebuilders.  You will only find friendly and helpful people anxious to show you what makes an Adams Polk Home unique, valuable, and charming.
